At Displaysgalore.com we don't have hidden charges. We include Free Ground shipping on all our products. We don't charge you extra for options such as fabric case to counter conversion kits. They're included. We don't sell cheap imported pop up displays. Just quality products at the best prices on the internet. Our award-winning graphic design department can quickly and economically assist with the design of your trade show display graphics. We have designed hundreds of exhibits for our customers and when you allow us to prepare your artwork you can rest assured everything will work and fit perfectly.

Product Warranties

Pop-Up Systems are backed with a lifetime warranty that all Pop-Up system hardware will be free from physical defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original owner.

Rotomolded Cases are backed with a five year warranty that all Rotomolded Cases will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.

UltraForm Counters are backed with a Lifetime Warranty that all UltraForm Counters will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.

Fabric and Laminate Panel Systems are backed with a five year limited warranty on all panels. This warranty guarantees system panels and components to be free from physical defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original owner for five years from date of purchase.

Alumalite Hybrid Systems are backed with a Lifetime Warranty that all Alumalite system hardware will be free from physical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner.

Truss Systems are backed with a Lifetime Warranty that all truss system hardware will be free from physical defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original owner.

Graphics come with a one year limited warranty on all graphics with the exception of dye sub which carries a six month warranty. This warranty covers de-lamination, tunneling and general color fading when used indoors. DuraPrint & Laminated graphic pop up panels which show evidence of not being rolled properly (with the graphics facing out) will not be covered by any warranty. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, the original artwork as provided will be reprinted; No changes to art files will be allowed under a warranty repair.

The Details

The item must be the same item and must include the same components and/or accessories as in your Displaysgalore.com purchase i.e. in the case of an Abex pop up package: molded wheeled transit case, 2 150W halogen lights, frame, hinged channel bars, 1200 DPI graphic panels or EcoFi/FrontRunner/Prelude brand fabric panels, case wrap to convert case to table), etc.

Since we offer Free Shipping site wide and include many items with our packages that others charge for, our competitor's price quote must include everything (Shipping, case wrap, etc.) that comes included in your DG price.

The item must be available (in stock) from a real online store, excluding auction sites, that we can reach to verify your price. The store must have been in business for at least twelve months prior to our calling for verification.

The item must be advertised at a lower price in new/unused condition (not refurbished/open box) and be available for immediate shipping.

To make a price adjustment claim: E-mail us or fax us your written quote from the other store. Upon verification of authenticity, we'll issue a refund for 110% of the difference.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Many stock items such as fabric pop up systems may be returned unused within seven days if you are in any way dissatisfied with your order. Please request a Return Authorization before returning your item. A restocking fee of 10% may apply, and all returns must be sent to our warehouse freight prepaid with a Return Authorization number or it will not be accepted. Custom Orders, printed items or graphics may not be returned. If you purchased the wrong item, we will do our best to accommodate a return or exchange on resellable stock exhibit hardware.
