We prefer orders be placed through the shopping cart. Phone/verbal orders are not accepted. displaysgalore.com is not responsible for errors submitted on orders.
Ground, FOB factory: Los Angeles, California is calculated at Fed Ex published rates. If you require expedited shipping, additional charges will apply. Your displaysgalore.com sales representative will be happy to provide a quote for expedited services. Some items include Free shipping such as complete banner stands and pop up systems with graphics.
All lead times are estimated. displaysgalore.com shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses caused by delays in manufacturing or delivery. We do not ship on third party accounts.
All shipping weights listed are approximate.
Damaged or defective merchandise may only be returned once an RMA is issued. All claims must be made within three days of the receipt of your order. Unprinted , stock merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Printed merchandise and custom orders (non Quick ship colors and custom laminates may not be returned.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and are subject to all costs incurred.

The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator. We also accept Adobe PhotoShop. All fonts must be outlined. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit a file in another format.
